5.1 Supported Payment Methods

vpbet1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. Where an Account is closed by vpbet1 due to a breach of these Terms, vpbet1 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances pending investigation. Where balances are to be returned to the player following account closure for reasons not related to a breach, vpbet1 will process the return via the player's most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your vpbet1 Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests under Section 9 and handled accordingly. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon account closure at player request. Withdrawable balances will be returned to your verified payment method.

All content on the vpbet1 Platform — including but not limited to the vpbet1 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of vpbet1 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vpbet1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the vpbet1 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits beyond the return of staked amounts in technical malfunction scenarios.
• Any loss or corruption of account data caused by technical failures, provided vpbet1 exercises reasonable efforts to maintain data integrity.
• Loss arising from your use of the vpbet1 Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, or other factors outside vpbet1's reasonable control.

vpbet1 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to vpbet1's Privacy Policy as a condition of using the Platform.

vpbet1 collects personal data including identification documents, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. vpbet1 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vpbet1 holds its international gaming license. 14.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure
